On March 26th, Andrew B. Zezas, SIOR will lead a discussion at the meeting of the New Jersey Chapter of BOMA International. The discussion will include a review of recent changes in the commercial real estate industry and a topic entitled "Focus on Results and Lose your Tenants and Landlords!"

On January 17, 2008, Andrew B. Zezas, SIOR and Louis J. Desiderio, CFO, presented "Aligning Real Estate with Your Company's Business Strategy" to the Raritan Valley Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants. This 2 hour presentation qualified for continuing education credits for those in attenedance.
